You are so on the ball Katie! I am scrambling to get all my Valentines ready before Chris gets home! Chicken Cordon Bleu, a cheesecake and chocolate dipped strawberries are on the menu. I don't have any decorations though...oh well.

I thought of you Katie because the first time I ate them, you made 'em; and because we have both pulled late nights in our previous BYU life. :) Happy Valentine's Day!
